Tony Read, and a Feb update

Once again we reunited for another whole day of chatting, smoking, eating and a teeny bit of shooting! This time I brought along my Model/MUA friend Kimberley who did my hair and make-up all day. The link goes to her model page on MM as she has not yet set up the MUA page.

As always Tony had a room full of bits and bobs and this time round we did actually manage to get through pretty much everything we wanted to.

Here are a few images from the session:

Absolutely no doubt I will be working with Tony again, we have lots of ideas so watch this space!

Also, back in February I had organised a shoot with Larry and Phil – some of the images have just come through and I would like to share them with you:

Would like to apologise to Tony for hijacking his blog slot!

Wonderful Wedding workshop

After seeing a last minute casting on MM, I jumped at the chance to work with Rosie Hardy, her work is phenomenal.  As soon as I arrived I felt completely comfortable as I was introduced to other photographers and my groom, Ben.

The props were in abundance and my wedding dress fitted perfectly, I could see that Rosie was extremely organised and well equipped for any last minute change – such as a beautiful Dalmatian strolling past:

The whole day flew by, and the weather was most definitely on our side.  I would recommend anybody to work with Rosie; the images were great even though she had to help out about 15 other photographers!

Here are some of the images by Rosie:

Agency signed, and a spot of Gary Price

Yesterday I had an interview with Adage models, which I have to give every inch of credit to Gary Price who set everything up, and I am eternally grateful.

I am honoured to announce that I am officially a signed model!! I can be booked directly or through Adage.  This will hopefully be fantastic for exposure and maybe you’ll start seeing my face around!

After receiving the excellent news, I took advantage of being in Birmingham to shoot once again with Gaz. Even though we only had a few hours (and no music) we certainly came out with a few corkers!

With a load more ideas in our heads, I’m sure you’ll be seeing plenty more work from Gary and I so watch this space.

Great shoot with Gary Price

Finally managing to pin a date, Gary and I got together for a shoot.  After seeing a lot of Gary’s work I was extremely excited to work with him, and even though it was last minute planning I spent the whole TWO HOUR journey buzzing with energy.

Sitting in Arman Milins’s salon being totally pampered by Neelam, whilst a warm breeze filled the salon room I could already tell that today was going to be a good day.  It literally flew by as we were getting set after set completed.  Gary was great to work with, has fabulous ideas and is a very easy to get along with guy- it also helps he has a great sense of humour!
I can safely say I was shattered after the day was done, and had a few aches the next morning but after seeing the results I knew it was worth it.

Already making further plans to work with Gary, and hope that there are plenty more opportunities.

Here are a few of the images:
